No, it's not.  The issue is caused by the prior SQLite data store stored in the 
app storage (not SD Card) isn't compatible with the new ChromeWebView. What 
needs to be done is that the file needs to be copied before the app starts and 
after the app starts, we need a plugin to take the old data and populate the 
new database with the legacy data somehow.

I'm not sure whether this is worth the effort because OTAs only happen once 
unless you're me and you're refashing devices over and over to force the bug.
