This PR is not acceptable because it breaks existing functionality.
1. Create a new project (3.4.0)
2. Install the statusbar plugin
3. Modify in config.xml: <preference name="StatusBarOverlaysWebView"
value="false" />
Expected:
Statusbar does not overlay webview (statusbar black background)
Actual:
Statusbar overlays webview
