The keyboard plugin is in a bit of a mess right now, but if you already have a
solution for this issue, feel free to send a pull-request, we can discuss it. I
haven't been focusing on the keyboard plugin lately, because testing it is a
lot of work, and currently it is broken for iOS 7.1 I believe.
