[~agrieve] This looks like a change to the docs site not the main cordova
website. Any suggestions on what we could do here? Right now the docs are
divided into 1. Guides and 2. API References. Are you thinking a 3rd category
for blog/release notes? The website already has a link to the blog "News".
Should we instead relabel that to be "Blog"?
Maybe a disclaimer somewhere on the docs page "For more information about the
release notes please see: http://cordova.apache.org/blog/";
