I see a possible related issue was resolved (CB-2736).  Now I am not getting an 
error from window.resolveLocalFileSystemURI, but I can find no way to display 
the photo to the user in an HTML IMG tag.  I've tried fileEntry.toNativeURL(), 
fileEntry.fullPath and fileEntry.toURL().
