Test:
1) set destinationType to navigator.camera.DestinationType.DATA_URI
2) call navigator.camera.getPicture
3) console.log(imageData.substr(0,200));
No errors are thrown but the imageData value is not base64 text. It is
"//capturedimagescache/wp.....jpg".
