1. install com.blackberry.utils into a project (use an old cordova ....)
2. cordova plugin list
actual results:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'text' of null
at new PluginInfo (cordova-lib/src/PluginInfo.js:54:32)
at cordova-lib/src/PluginInfo.js:78:17
at Array.forEach (native)
