Unfortunately I don't have any WP devices. I only have an iPhone and Mac. So I
think it would be difficult to test this code on Wp.
I made a simple test app. You can get it here:
https://github.com/AleksMeshkov/cordovaContactPickerTestApp
I placed "OPEN CONTACT PICKER" button there on the standard "device ready"
screen.
Please let me know if I could do something else.
