I think this is not a good idea to remove native GPS support on Android devices.
Currently it maybe has better performances, but we don't know about the 
future...
And if its just a performance issue, users can choose themselves on JS side if 
they want to use native support or HTML5 one. And android platform stay 
consistent with other ones on geolocation management.
