We have a select input quite far down the page, on the Samsung Galaxy S3 it
uses a custom Samsung keyboard that brings up a keyboard like dialog for select
inputs, when the input would be covered by this keyboard the keyboard is
automatically hidden.
I've confirmed this by adding a large amount of padding below the element so I
can scroll it past the keyboard area, and it shows fine and does not
automatically hide the keyboard.
