Portions of the File API documentation are confusing and/or misleading (as per
this thread on the google group:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/phonegap/W1ZR6WG5XwM). I'm creating a
revised document and will file a PR with this bug # so that it can be tracked.
Feel free to adjust the text as appropriate.
