fwiw,
this was hit in 3a84379 when that platform.spec.js and serve.spec.js tests were
run -- the lazy_load code constructed:
cordova-lib/cordova-lib/spec-cordova/fixtures/platforms/android-lib;a=snapshot;h=dev;sf=tgz/VERSION
