Description:
Use the current mobile spec test and port them to the new
cordova-plugin-test-framework from cordova-labs from jasmine 1.3 to 2.0, to run
automated and manual tests.
It's a good opportunity to:
-Remove spies
-Remove unnecessary timeouts
-Improve jasmine reports and more.
