Axel, could you please
1. swap Windows Phone8 and Windows8 sections so that they follow the same
order as in Icons section, + use the same order in 'Supported platforms' (to be
consistent)
2. Remove unnecessary ', ' (commas) from sample xml (between attributes)
3. I think we should also mention Splash Screen Plugin and put reference to
it
