On audio recorder view display an error of
[0x100484000] 1045: AudioConverterNew returned -50
is thrown 7 times in a row. Once audio is recorder it's not possible to close
the recorder view and console doesn't point any warnings/errors.
If audio was not recorded, 'done' button gerenerates above error one more time
and again it's not possible to close the recorder.
