There is a reference to config.xml in template, but it is automatically
created from 'defaults.xml' after you do 'platform add'. Another way is to use
create.bat manually where config.xml is required. I don't think we should have
duplicated version of config.xml so propose to update create.js to
automatically copy defaults.xml to config.xml as a last step of create.bat.
