Setting a splashscreen on windows8 by using the global config.xml doesn't work.
Apparently two methods exists :
- (old method)
<preference name="SplashScreen" value="splashscreen" />
Console says : unable to locate splashscreen
- (new method)
<splash src="icons/windows8/splashscreen2.png" width="620" height="300" />
These two methods are not working on windows8.
