When using media-capture.captureImage, you cannot select an image at all on the
emulator (can only select cancel). On my Galaxy S3 (Android 4.4.2), it returns
error code 0 all the time. Reverting the media-capture plugin to 0.2.8 seems
to address the issue for now.
Possibly related to CB-6944, which produced error code 3?
