Hi Jesse,

The alignment with w3c spec mostly happens on the js side of things. So really 
all platforms are getting updated to follow this spec. However, Windows and 
Blackberry native SDKs support canceling a vibration so that implementation 
does need to be added for Cordova. As far as the function calls though, they 
will all be updated since it is on the js side.
