The reason it failed was that the 'id' was already in use, though I only found
this out by changing the id in plugin.xml and trying again. It would be nice
if this were made usable. Also, there is no indication that anything is
happening after using the publish command, how about a simple 'attempting to
publish com.phonegap.plugins.barcodescanner' or something?
