Windows 8/8.1 platform provides own 'ms-appdata://' scheme for accessing files,
stored in application data folder.
Unfortunately File plugin can't resolve such URIs to native (by
resolveLocalFileSystemURI method), and due to this can't be used, for example,
with Camera plugin which returns such urls for captured files.
