Main motivation to add support for jsproj files for config-files is to be able
to link different libraries for different windows targets (phone, windows80,
windows81) - there are a few real cases where we want to link different libs
(SQLite is one of them - there are different extension names for Store and
Phone81 so we can't link a single/universal one)
