It seems that the issue exists still in Android 3.6.3, and it is not only
download but upload, too.
I have the same issue in Android, cordova 3.6.3-0.2.13, and
org.apache.cordova.file 1.3.1 "File"
org.apache.cordova.file-transfer 0.4.6 "File Transfer"
Success gets never called although the file upload transfer is successful.
