Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I get an Error: 3 on the Emulator because the Emulator is broken as usual. My
devices running 4.4.4 work fine and don't have this error when I use the
CaptureAPI with MobileSpec.
Note: We generally don't fix bugs on the Emulator because the Emulator doesn't
have to pass the Android CTS, and as such is a broken pile of garbage.
