Repro steps:
1. clone cordova-js
2. cd cordova-js
3. run npm install
4. run grunt --platformVersion=3.7.0-dev
Expected: Done, without errors.
Actual:
Loading "jshint.js" tasks...ERROR
>> Error: Cannot find module 'jshint/src/cli/cli'
Warning: Task "jshint" not found. Use --force to continue.
