In the downloadFail function it is expected that error.body is defined but it
is null.
Other values are populated e.g. error.exception is "Not found (404)."
org.apache.cordova.file-transfer.tests.tests >> FileTransfer download method
filetransfer.spec.13 should get response body on failure
Expected null to match 'You requested a 404'.
