The whitelist test plugin in mobilespec can be removed completely, given that
the whitelist functionality is being removed from core.
For now, we can still keep the unit tests for the Whitelist classes, but the
tests that actually verify that the access tags are parsed and enforced exactly
as in Cordova 3.6 should be removed.
