I use
xCode 6.1 Beta 2
iOS 8.1 beta 2 (bug appears also in iOS 8.1 beta 1)
cordova 3.6.3
Once the app started and I turn off connection at all (Plane mode) the app
crashes as described.
Is there a fix in a earlyer version?
