Andrew Grieve resolved CB-7868.
-------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

Sorry, slow on email this week.

The fix I did was based on the bug as described in CB-7848 (which I marked as a
dupe). I was able to repro the problem (just use an older webview and install
the network-information plugin). Only reason I didn't spell this out was that I
wasn't 100% that this was infact the same bug as CB-7848 (but I think it's
clear now that it is).

It's also described here:

> Affects Versions: 4.0.0
>         Environment: Android >= 2.3.6 && <= 4.0.3

> Cordova 3.6.4 breaks the compatibility with some versions of Android. The app
> won't load
> I've been able to reproduce the bug on my 2.3.6 and 2.3.7 devices, and
> according to some bug reports I found, this might also affect other Android
> versions <= 4.0.3 but I did not have the opportunity to test those platforms.
> The bug has been introduced in this commit:
> And the culprit is the Object.defineProperty method that is broken on the
> platforms I mentioned above. (see https://github.com/cujojs/poly/issues/29 )
