Repo steps:
1. Download and install cordova tools: lib, cli, plugman, js
2. Download wp8 platfrom
3. Download all plugins
4. Download and install mobilespec
4. run
cordova-mobile-spec/createmobilespec/createmobilespec --wp8 mobilespec
Expected: created mobilespec app with wp8 platform
Actual: creating failed with:
Adding Platform: wp8
Could not find wp8;
run: ./cordova-coho/coho repo-clone -r cordova-wp8
