Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 4.0.0
Cordova camera plugin was unhiding status bar, at least partially, so that the
top of the screen showed a black bar. The camera plugin should leave the
status bar hidden if it's already hidden. I have configured the status bar
hidden status in the project's plist file correctly.
