Hi Cris,
I create empty application with Cordova 3.6.4 and statusbar plugin 0.1.19
also change in AndroidManifest uses-sdk tag following:
{code}
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="16" android:targetSdkVersion="21" />
{code}
and still not able to reproduce. From your discussion with Colin not clear is
this still an issue for you in 3.6.x ?
