[~xueqingxiao] I escalated it to blocker. I think we want to make sure this
gets done in 4.0.0. This doesn't break basic users, but is something that
breaks advanced users of Cordova who use third-party plugins. However, this
does include certain flagship apps, and I really think the new gradle approach
to dependencies such as this should be adopted.
