Recently we've introduced new e2e and unit tests prototype for windows
platform: [CB-8136|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-8136]
[GitHub PR|https://github.com/apache/cordova-windows/pull/53]
In these unit tests, only {{MSBuildTools.js}} functions are covered.
It would be good to add more unit tests to increase and extend code coverage to
other major modules, like {{run.js}}, {{build.js}} and {{package.js}}.
