Oh, thanks!.... but... that's pretty hacky, don't you think?
So now we have onActivityResult and onResume / onPause to work with... One
needs a setActivityResultCallback function and the others need a parameter in
the plugin.
It should be simpler than that to pass function calls to the CordovaPlugin
class. Simplest would be a rewrite macro but that is probably not kosher.
