Andrew Grieve resolved CB-8351.

Resolution: Fixed
I've now deprecated these extensions in 3.8.0-dev, and updated all plugins to
not use them.
Only one we probably keep around for a while still is CDVBase64, since iOS
didn't get native support until iOS7. For this, I've added cdv_ prefixed
versions and deprecated the non-prefixed versions.
On the cordova-ios 4.0.x branch, I've deleted most of these deprecated symbols.
