Environment: Android 5.0.1 emulator.

In config.xml I've set:
`<preference name="AutoHideSplashScreen" value="false" />`
This has no effect on the Android platform. Splash screen autohides after 3
seconds (the default SplashScreenDelay).
Tested on Android 5.0.1.
If I look at the code here

I'd expect to see something like this somewhere:
```java
preferences.getBoolean("AutoHideSplashScreen", false);
```
