Why this issue is marked as "resolved on 3.6.0" if the problem persists on
3.6.3 which I'm using now? The SplashScreenDelay XML parameter is always
ignored and the splash creen disappears after < 1 second. This affects the WP8
platform only.
Exactly what Cordova version should I install to really have this issue solved?
