When adding a platform using:
`cordova platform add <git-repo>`
we assume there's a master branch on the git-repo. If there's no master branch
`platform add` will throw:
Unable to fetch platform null@<git-repo>: Error: Command failed:
C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe /s /c "git checkout "master""
error: pathspec 'master' did not match any file(s) known to git.
