The news feed at http://cordova.apache.org/rss.xml has a format issue that
causes browsers to not be able to render the feed.
Chrome (Windows) reports:
This page contains the following errors:
error on line 1331 at column 48: xmlParseEntityRef: no name
Firefox (Windows) simply renders an empty page.
