plugman -h works because the plugman repo has the ability to handle it.
plugman.help() in cordova-lib doesn't work because help isn't defined.
So typing in `plugman create` will output `Object #<Object> has no method
'help'` instead of help output. Reason why this command didn't work is missing
params
