Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I've spent a week testing the File API hoping to find this issue and I was
unable to reproduce it on any of the devices I tested on, including the Nexus 7
Tablet. If this is on the Nexus 9, then I can use this as a justification to
get a new Nexus 9, but I still don't think I'd be able to reproduce this issue
on it either. :/
Tested on the Nexus 6 running 5.1 and Samsung Galaxy S3 running 4.3.
