Steps:
1. add code $(document).on("swipe",function(){ ... })
2, swipe on the page.

Actual result: nothing happens
Expected result: do something.

problem still in 4.3.0 or 5.0.0, if run on Browser &Windows 8.1 & Android , it 
works. only test faild on WP8.1 emulator.
