CB-6715 [webOS] Upgrade webOS Cordova project tool/template
Fully compatible with all LG webOS products, including SmartTVs and
wearables. Uses the ares-sdk-tool included in the TV SDK to build/install.
Additionally, supports Open webOS releases, such as LuneOS, with support for
old Palm/HP webOS if you so desire (though requires ares-sdk-tool to package
into an ipk).
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/JayCanuck/cordova-webos master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-webos/pull/3.patch
