After successful installation, CLI was reporting that Cordova command not found
when executing via bash.
Example :
$ cordova
$ -bash : command not found
It was discovered that insufficient permissions at /usr/local/lib were causing
this error. Permissions were elevated and the user is now able to execute
cordova from bash.
