Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I can't reproduce. The functionality lives entirely in the plugin so the
change between Android versions should have zero effect on the functionality of
this plugin. I tested this on an HTC One M7 running 5.0.2, and Sense 6.0.
It's possible that the HTC One M7 is disregarding the installLocation for some
reason due to your internal storage being full, since I tested on an empty test
device, and not the device I use to dogfood.
