As we drill down, it seems like the file plugin is stuck operating in
compatibility mode(using Compatibility as default) despite the following
preference line in our config.xml file
<preference name="AndroidPersistentFileLocation" value="Internal" />
Does anyone know where this preference is stored in the apk file so we can
check if the preference is carrying through?
Or, conversely where does the file plugin go to look for the preference in the
apk?
