Resolution: Won't Fix
If the Chromium team can't fix this for the reasons listed on [~agrieve]'s
issue, I don't think we can do it either. There are work-arounds for this
issue listed, and whether it be storing the data either in the private or
public storage, or creating a weird proxy, I think we should probably close
this beacuse it's not going to work the same as it will on iOS, since
android_asset URIs can't provide proper file descriptors.
