Hmm, can you share your camera settings with me? I've tried the following
with ee5cfe89 (master):
```
destinationType: Camera.DestinationType.FILE_URI,
encodingType: Camera.EncodingType.JPEG,
sourceType : Camera.PictureSourceType.PHOTOLIBRARY
```
```
destinationType: Camera.DestinationType.FILE_URI,
encodingType: Camera.EncodingType.JPEG,
sourceType : Camera.PictureSourceType.CAMERA,
saveToPhotoAlbum: true
```
both of them working fine for me (win-phone 8.1).
