Resolution: Invalid
Turns out the documentation I was looking at is out of date. The latest version
_does_ mention how to install the plugin:
http://docs.phonegap.com/en/edge/cordova_media_media.md.html
Perhaps old documentation should always point to an *edge* version to prevent
confusion like this?
